Now that we’ve hit November 1st, the holiday season kick-off officially begins. While the merriest season of the year is a great time to celebrate friends, family, and even getting gifts (!!), it’s also a prime time to remind ourselves to give back in any way we can. Here in Toronto, supporting a charity or¬†fundraiser can often mean¬†grabbing a ticket to a fabulous party, and there’s certainly no shortage happening in the city this month. From Sarah McLachlan at the #WhatIfWomen War Child event to the FAME themed fundraiser for the TIFF Boombox, here are 10 great fundraising events in Toronto that are all happening in the month of November. Boombox is TIFF‚Äôs annual fundraiser in support of Share Her Journey ‚ÄĒ a campaign all about increasing participation, skills and opportunities for women behind and in front of the camera. The party will see TIFF Bell Lightbox turn into a school of the performing arts a la 1980s film Fame and this is one fundraising party you won‚Äôt want to miss!

Details: Guests will wander through the TIFF building for a choose-your-own adventure of music, art, food and drinks in the FAME-themed atmosphere.
